“Slowest service ever. Staffs were not that accommodating considering they are all professionals. Mas better pa si Manong guard na nagaassist ng maayos! Price is every expensive sana they match it with their actions. Though, once I observed na money system rules this place. Very disappointing.”

Had an instance when my child slipped on the floor and hit her head, so I approached the clinic for first aid and they couldn't even give me an ice pack telling me to wait for a doctor to check the patient and wait on queue. SM clinic saved the day though.”

They have different process each time I arrive. Staff as not as friendly and the first doctor who saw me was saw rude and she did not even check me!
