My experience at Borough Lasik Center Iloilo was truly life-changing! I underwent the Z-Lasik procedure with Dr. Nathaniel Chan, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Chan and the entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Perry Mahinay, one of the staff nurses at Borough Lasik Center for assisting me with my procedure. My vision is now fantastic, and it's all thanks to Dr. Chan's expertise and the excellent care I received at Borough Lasik Center. I highly recommend them to anyone considering laser eye surgery!

I visited this clinic at Festive Mall, Iloilo, to inquire about their services and requirements before undergoing a procedure. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff I spoke to (a chubby male, whose name I wasn’t able to get) was disappointing. I came prepared with a list of questions and concerns, but it seemed like he didn’t fully understand me or was unable to provide clear answers. His responses were vague, unsure, and lacked the confidence expected from someone assisting patients. It felt like he was not fully engaged in the conversation. In contrast, I observed another staff member assisting a different walk-in patient. That staff confidently answered questions—even in English—and came across as knowledgeable and reliable, which was the opposite of my experience. For management’s attention: I hope you can assign more reliable and well-trained staff to handle patient inquiries. A Q&A session is the first step in building trust with patients, and if this is not handled well, it discourages people from proceeding with your services.
