A Truly Life-Changing Experience with Bonecares Clinic For the first time in 11 years, I can confidently say: I experienced a major pain relief breakthrough — all thanks to Bonecares Clinic. I had two treatments with Sir Bong (August 1 and November 6 this year), and the difference has been nothing short of mind-blowing. For over a decade, long-haul flights from Vancouver to Manila (and back) were my biggest struggle. I relied heavily on pain medications for my chronic lower and upper back pain. Every two hours, I would force myself to stand at the back of the plane just to stretch, march in place, and fight the numbing pain radiating from my lower back to my left thigh and leg. I could never sleep, never settle, and flights always ended with exhaustion and frustration. But after just two treatments with Bonecares, everything changed. On my most recent 11-hour flight, I took zero pain meds — yes, ZERO. I sat comfortably the entire time, watched movies, took naps, only stood to use the bathroom, and arrived at my destination with full energy. No lingering pain. No discomfort. No tears or dread. I woke up with lower back pain after sleeping in a really uncomfortable place. I kept seeing Bonecares on my Facebook feed, so out of curiosity and hoping to get rid of the pain, I decided to try it. Booking an appointment through their Facebook page was easy. When I arrived, the staff were very welcoming. They did a thorough interview about my concern and clearly explained the whole adjustment process. Sir Jhay did the full body adjustment. Aside from my lower back, other areas of my body also felt surprisingly relieved and light after the session. I must say, my visit was totally worth it. I’ll definitely go back if needed.
