The front desk service was quite disappointing. When I visited Blescess Laboratory last June 25, I inquired if they could issue the necessary documents for a PWD ID, but the front desk staff appeared unprepared and unaware that they were able to provide such documents. I even had to contact them through their Messenger because there seemed to be a lack of coordination in their responses. Additionally, the attitude of the front desk staff was unprofessional. 👍
