β€œFacility is well lit, clean and its spacious. Staffs are friendly, approachable and their services are lower compared to other vet clinics. They provide clear explanation on diagnosis, instructions and Doctor's will make sure you are well informed with the condition of your pet as well as giving recommendations and treatment.”

β€œGood albeit expensive. They are open 24 hours but there is an emergency fee of 1,500. Everything they do will be charged to your final fee so be wary of surprise costs. Vets and staff are competent and they have multiple rooms to accomodate patients. There is not much wait when we went there and most importantly our dog was treated and is now well.”

This was one of the most painful and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had as a pet owner. In the morning, the clinic insisted my cat had to be confined there to have a chance to live, and even mentioned an β€œ80% survival chance.” They also required payment first (8,000+ PHP). By the afternoon, my cat had already passed away. I understand that medicine is never guaranteed, but the way this was handled felt extremely insensitive and not transparent. The worst part is that I wasn’t allowed to be there for my cat’s final moments, which is heartbreaking and unacceptable for a family member.
