Doc Bido is one of the kindest vets I've been to. He is always ready to help for as long as he's available. I brought my cat for catheterization and my cat got well. He charged me at a very reasonable price as well, no hidden and extra charges unlike other vet clinics. But just like the other comments here, the clinic is not good for maselan pet owners. But for the vet's expertise, totally 5 stars for me.

I went to this clinic an hour ago and it was completely fine—although if you’re maselan when it’s comes to cleanliness, medyo maddisappoint ka sa clinic na ‘to. But the overall process was fine—my cat is doing good so far. Definitely recommended if you do not want to spend much. It’s affordable! :)

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 This veterinary clinic showed gross negligence and unprofessional conduct. Despite being informed that my dog was in critical condition due to Parvo, immediate and appropriate care was not provided. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the staff. They were laughing while I was visibly distressed, which made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable, and disrespected during an extremely stressful situation involving my dog’s life. I also requested clear information regarding the medication that was injected into my dog, but the veterinarian failed to provide full details, including the name, purpose, and risks of the medication. This lack of transparency violates basic standards of informed consent and professional responsibility. Additionally, a Parvo-positive dog was not properly isolated from healthy animals, placing other pets at serious risk. This experience reflects a failure of duty of care, lack of professionalism, and disregard for both animal welfare and client rights.
