I had been confined in Bicutan Medical Center from the ER, to the ICU, and then finally to a private room. Nurses are accommodating and skilled, and doctors are thorough in conducting tests and explaining to patients. Even the people from the labs are very helpful and nice. The hospital itself is very clean, with most equipment noticeably new and up-to-date. And most of all, even with a low-salt diet, I enjoyed the meals they serve! Thanks to everyone who helped take care of me during the past few days šŸ™

First, I would like to commend the staff, nurses, and doctors for their excellent service. Throughout our stay, they were professional, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and well cared for. Their dedication is truly appreciated. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the billing process, which needs significant improvement. We were scheduled for discharge in the morning, but the billing took morethan 7 hours just to process HMO and PhilHealth deductions. Even more frustrating was the lack of updates—as of 2:00 PM, we still had not received any information until I personally went to the nurse’s station to ask for one. This caused unnecessary stress and delays, turning what should have been a smooth discharge into a frustrating experience. I strongly urge the management to address this issue. The billing staff should be more proactive and transparent in communicating the status of the process to patients and their families. It is highly inefficient and stressful to keep following up only to receive vague or no answers. Clear communication and timely processing are essential parts of patient care, especially at discharge. I hope serious attention is given to improving this aspect of your service.

They have no OPD so we were told to go to the ER. My sister’s leg got swollen coz she slipped at Bicutan footbridge. She was scared she might have broken her calves so she wanted to have it x-rayed. Tetanus shot was p3,350 with the vial charged as p187. I should’ve asked the amount first. Haha! Flat sheet - p149 Gloves - p6 ID bracelet- p6 Syringe - p29 Pulse oximeter check - p118 Injection - p74 ER fee - p1490 Critical care stabilization fee - p2,980 (my sis is not even critical) They literally charged everything. Kaunti kibo may bayad pero wala man lang silang toilet paper sa CR. Haha Medical Certificate is charged as p750 while it’s already equivalent to other doctors’ PF. Ang saya-saya. Two hours stay cost us p10,800 🤣 I will NEVER go back there. EVER!
