Bethlehem Animal Clinic - Circumferential Branch

My fostered senior dog Lucy was brought here for surgery sometime 2020 due to pyometra. Doc Leo was very professional and set on a realistic expectation so I can decide if I would like to progress with the surgery. They kept me up to date with the surgery progress through calls and texts. My pup recovered well with their help. I also took my cat here for an emergency treatment and they were very quick to action. My dogs go here too for grooming, check up and vaccines. I am overall satisfied with their services and find that their clinic has complete amenities - ultrasound, CBC apparatus and xray. The service fees are I think a bit higher than the other vets in the area, but what I like about this clinic is that they always answer phone calls, are open until 8pm (pre pandemic) & during weekends, and that they have the option for you to pay via card versus cash.

Went in for grooming, then they scarred my cat and they didn’t admit it even if it’s clear the blood was fresh. They even made us pay for the ointment. Ironic that their name is Bethlehem. The staff aren’t attentive and doesn’t really care. For the sake of pets pls close down, especially their antipolo branch.
