I’m with a group called Cats of BGC but I’m relatively new in the area. I brought in a hurt kitten to be patched up. They did a great job of taking care of both of us. The doctor and clinic staff were very kind and thorough. An exam, draining of an abscess, two x-rays, and three medications came to just over 3000 PHP, which I found to be very reasonable. I will definitely come back to BSF should I need veterinary care for another rescue.

Sharing here a recent experience with BSF. Our dog had her routine vaccines with a different vet in the morning. In the evening her face (eyes and side of mouth) started swelling and she got hives in her ears and stomach. This vet was already closed at the time so I called BSF. The receptionist told me to bring her in as a walk-in and they could attend to her immediately. The check-in process was very quick and the attending vet gave her anti-histamine injections and monitored her condition. The whole experience was efficient and I found the staff knowledgeable. I was in panic mode so the fact that they were able to calm me down and treat my dog is a big plus for me. Thank you BSF!

Very rude receptionist and contradicting other vet's advise without hearing an explanation, could've explained nicely but instead gave an atittude. Dropped the call as well. 🤷‍♀️ If you're having a bad day, hope you can avoid directing that to future clients cause that single interaction with that employee completely changed how I see this clinic. A small interaction affecting the whole business' reputation. LOL. God bless.
