We visited the vet for treatment of a claw that had to be removed after an injury. Before the procedure, we were thoroughly informed, and the vet took the time to answer all our questions. The treatment and subsequent healing went well, and we are very satisfied. We come regularly for preventive treatments and can wholeheartedly recommend the vet.

After grooming, our indoor cat had severe fungal infection. The fungal lesions spread all over the body and take time to be healed.

Terrible customer service. Our first time was okay. But the second time I took my 2 dogs for a summer cut, they ended up with cuts and small wounds. They wouldn’t have told me had I not called them out for it. Later on, my dogs developed ringworm and rashes. They apologized when I called them out on it and promised to do better next time. About 4 months after, we took my dogs for basic nail grooming only and requested they be handled by the first groomer who did. It went okay. But we took them again for supposedly their 4th time, but they got refused because they’re pomeranians. I called up the place to check what time we can bring them in and went there as soon as they told us we could. But when we got there, they had lots of excuses (no cage, no record which is impossible, need physical copy of the vax card, etc). Terrible place and shouldn’t have given them a 2nd chance. I know it’s a convenient location, but if you can avoid this place, please avoid at all costs.
