2 stars because it's cheap and fast although the cashier is panicking and gives wrong receipts. But it should be one star because their swab area is non-compliant for safety. There are no individual rooms for swabtest for each client. Take note all this happens in one room.. And they have electric fans and the air circulation is only on the four walls of the room. I didn't see any air purifiers even if they are puchu-puchu. This will put clients and also their staff at risk. You can hardly take off the mask when they do the swab. Also no proper donning of PPEs by those who do the swab. Tsk...
