From the moment we walked in (around 11:20pm), we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. To the doctors - thank you for your expertise, patience, and for always taking the time to explain every detail clearly. Your genuine love for animals shows in everything you do. To the nurses and support staff - you are all incredible. Your gentle handling, reassuring smiles, and consistent updates gave us so much comfort and peace of mind throughout the entire process. Every single person we encountered was attentive, friendly, and deeply caring - not just to our pet, but to us as well. It's rare to find a place where every staff member goes above and beyond, and Barkely and Mao Veterinary Clinic is truly one of those places.
