This is my first time to check my kittens in a pet hotel, and BaoBao exceeded my expectations. Their service is through the roof, the owners are very considerate and responsible as they are flexible in following pet owners' instructions, and they are very accommodating to customers. I highly recommend this pet hotel. I have yet to try their grooming service as soon as my kittens grow up, 'cause I'm having a good hint that they're also good at it since their hotel service did not disappoint. Keep doing good & responsible business, ma'am/sir 🫡 May you have more customers in the future 🙏🏼
Fair pricing, close sa online shops and mababait ang people there whether in store or over the phone na transactions :)
My cat stayed for 5days sa pet hotel. Top tier service sa mga staff and the owner is very nice too 🫡
