“This is my first time to check my kittens in a pet hotel, and BaoBao exceeded my expectations. Their service is through the roof, the owners are very considerate and responsible as they are flexible in following pet owners' instructions, and they are very accommodating to customers. I highly recommend this pet hotel. I have yet to try their grooming service as soon as my kittens grow up, 'cause I'm having a good hint that they're also good at it since their hotel service did not disappoint.
