Recently visited this clinic and had a horrible experience. The dentist was extremely unprofessional and didn’t understand the patient’s pain at all. After taking an X-ray and charging a ₱600 consultation fee, they simply told me to go back. I asked a basic question — why is my tooth hurting? — and even after seeing the X-ray, the dentist said they didn’t know. When I tried to ask further, they told me to “find another dentist.” As a patient, I have every right to ask questions about my health. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with the proper authorities. Not recommended to anyone.

my wisdom teeth extracted at this dental clinic. Unfortunately, My tongue was numb after the tooth was extracted. It has been 2 years and it has not recovered ! Update today 12/03/2025 I go to st.luke hospital check after results they tell me my numb is permanently, nothing can do. To everyone, especially foreigners , I highly remind don’t come this dentist , why? 1. The cost they charge are super high but the skill are rubbish and not quality not professional. 2.the doctor they are not responsible to patient, once any problem they will not care and bear . 3.if you don’t want regret, don’t come this dentist. 1000% guarantee

I have two cavities (left side). The dentist opted for a bulk treatment approach for both cavities instead of treating them individually. After the fillings, I could clearly feel that the fillings didn't match the original shape of my teeth, causing misalignment of forces during biting. This resulted in the normal teeth on the right side being unable to fit properly, leaving gaps. Despite several attempts at repair, the issue persisted. Additionally, during the repair process, the dentist accidentally cut the corner of my mouth with the grinder and didn't apologize. Finally, the dentist informed me that many other patients were waiting for her treatment and suggested I come back another time for further cavity examination. This isn't my first time getting fillings, and each time, the dentist was able to shape the fillings to match my teeth well, which is the basic requirement for a dentist. But the dentist at this clinic not only lacked skills but also claimed that this was a normal situation. My cavities didn't cause any pain or sensitivity originally, but after the fillings, not only did they not fit properly, but I also frequently experienced a sour sensation. I'm thankful I didn't have a root canal treatment done here, and I won't be returning.
