Aventus Medical Care, Inc. - Pasay Clinic

I would like to commend Aventus Clinic Pasay Branch for their very welcoming, efficient and remarkable customer experience I have encountered recently on January 23, 2026. I went here to do a follow up laboratory test I previously had from a different branch. From their security guard, receptionist, medical staff: medtechs, nurse and doctors. Everyone was so friendly and informative, there was no long waiting time and I only stayed here for 20 minutes. Despite reading negative reviews about the clinic, which made me wary at first, my expectations were far from what others had encountered. Aventus really improved and took the time to process the insights and feedback made by their clients. I have also reached out to their hotline since I had lost my ID at the said clinic, their response to my concern was prompt and even called personally to assure me that they will give feedback asap.

Registration took an hour. It involved 1–5 questions, verification, photo taking, and printing of the receipt. It’s perplexing how that took an hour. The nurses were easy to talk to, and the doctor was superb.

Do they pick up calls? No. I had my brother stopped by to inquire if they are accredited by my HMO and inquired about derma schedule today.. to which they said, yes it is accredited and will go thru approval. When I went there, I was told na hindi covered yung derma. If only the correct information was shared in my inquiry, I wouldn’t go to this clinic. Bad service in terms of handling queries… which seems to be the case for other clinics.
