I have done several blood tests in the clinic and consultations with specialists. The number of patients may vary depending on the time (can be crowded when batch APE exams are ongoing, but most of the time short waiting time for processing- depending on your HMO). For fasting blood test, they are very mindful of the hours and results are quite fast. The technicians are nice and considerate - they informed me about only having male technicians when I inquired about 2D echo schedule, which I appreciate. For consultations, I have experienced check up with 3 specialists, with overall pleasant experience. One of them is the cardiologist, he is very remarkable - his experience on various conditions, accomodation of all my queries, and communicating well has been very helpful on my journey of understanding some health issues. The facility itself is not new, but it is well lit, cold ac temp, and cleaned frequently by the staff. There is also a water dispenser which is helpful- just bring your own cup/bottle. Overall great experience!

Staff here is very helpful,polite and professional. When we entered the facility, we were first greeted by the security guard. Then instructed by the reception on the process. Then instructed by a nurse to take vital signs. Later I was diagnosed by Dr Marie Kathleen Anne Cruz. She is amazing. At first I was concerned about their English proficiency, so I used google translate to state all my symptoms. With Dr Anne Cruz, even though her English is proficient,she patiently read my Google translated symptoms, and carefully asked about my other symptoms. She also carefully explained each of the prescriptions, what it does, how often I should take it, and write down the note with totally readable letter(instead of doctorly handwriting). I totally recommend this place to anyone who needs medical care during their stay in Philippine!

The nurses and staff are friendly and accommodating, making the experience seamless, but everything ultimately depends on the health card you have.
