The staff here are all polite and attentive. The facilities are well maintained. F.Y.I bring your own water bottle, they have water dispenser but they don't give containers (plastic cup etc..) I had my pre employment medical here. It’s fast and the staff are easy to communicate with and friendly. I scheduled earlier like 9 am so there’s only a few people when I went there and the transactions are faster.

Dear Aventus Medical Care Management, I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the behavior of one of your male staff members who is specifically assigned at Intellicare (staff handling LOA requests) at the Times Plaza, Manila branch. On September 16, 2025, around 11:00 AM, my father visited your clinic to request an LOA. Later, around 1:30 PM, he returned for another LOA request. Unfortunately, during both visits, the staff member in question was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Specifically: He repeatedly showed irritation (nagdadabog) whenever we requested for LOA. He handed the paper to my dad without stapling it, which is the usual standard, and did so in a dismissive manner. He even sighed heavily (nag buntong hininga) when handing over the paper, as though he was already tired or fed up with my dad’s requests. His facial expressions, such as smirking, made us feel unwelcome. This has not been an isolated incident, my dad has experienced this same behavior from him on multiple occasions or during visits that he needs to request for LOA. We hope this matter will be addressed immediately, as such behavior reflects poorly on Aventus Medical Care’s reputation and overall patient experience.
