Post ako ng review here WHILE IM INSIDE THE CLINIC btw, this is for APE I had a reservation for 9-10am Came here at 8:51 - Queue number 41…it is now around 12 noon, Queue is 82. Like one of the other reviews said, take that as you will for their efficiency. 8-9:50 - Queueing at the reception to get HMO approval (oh diba) 10-10:30 CBC, Stool sample extraction (i came prepared, Urinalysis Sample extraction, Blood Extraction for FBS and others (ok naman) 10:40- 12:30 (edited kasi real time ako nagreview) waiting para sa physical checkup for doctor. They only have One Line for ONE DOCTOR taking care of all Consultations, APE, PEME, and other concerns. I understand the total discrepancy between the number of Patient and Doctors pero, this isnt how it is for other Aventus clinics. At least have the decency to maintain standards through out all your branches

I went to Aventus Dasma for my Annual Physical Exam and have been here since 10 AM. It’s now 2 PM and only my urinalysis and CBC have been completed. I’m still waiting for my physical exam and X-ray. The process is very slow and seems unorganized. There is no clear flow or updates from the staff. I hope the management takes action to improve their system and efficiency because patients’ time is valuable too. Sa alabang branch, hindi naman ganto.

Went here for APE, scheduled between 1-2 PM. I arrived around 1:15PM and waited for 3 hours, then 1 hour for the whole exam. Note that I was asked to come back because there are no longer available doctors for PE when it’s my time. Went home around 6pm. Never had this experience, THE MOST FRUSTRATING AND EXCRUCIATING EXPERIENCE. Still shaking while I’m writing this. PS. Workers there are very polite, scheduling there is the worst.
