Look for another lab facility. This place is the most inefficient, poor management, no forsight and terrible service facility. It took 2 hours an a complaint to their supervisor just to have your number called and get registered. There is no clear guidance as to where you should go and they expect someone in fasting to wait in their waiting area and starve to faint while they are eating their lunch so you don't miss your number. They will just tell you that the movement of the numbers is slow because they are changing systems. What kind of company would change their system when they know thag companies would schedule annual physical exams of their employees around the last quarter of the year?

You might want to consider digital processing for every transaction. Put more staff in your reception. One to handle inquiries, the other for HMO Approval and another one for cash transaction. Think process improvements. Aim to to cater every patient within 30mins rather than letting them wait for hours for very simple laboratories. That way you attract more customers and better reviews. People which means your customers have places to be. They deserve the best treatment as promised.

Service is very slow. You need to spend atleast 3-4 hrs including lunch. Not got good for a paying patient. Avoid this place if you’re time conscious.
