I had an excellent and seamless experience at the BGC branch, thanks to Mish from the Processing Department. She was professional, efficient, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Her assistance made everything fast and stress-free. Highly commendable service!

I'm not sure about the other complaints here, which is why they have such low ratings for this clinic. But for me, since it's just for PEME, the staff here are okay. For example, when I came here, I only had one requirement or step left to complete, but they said I could submit it until 1:30 PM, so I went home first because I had other things to take care of. Then I returned to the clinic, and they still provided me with good service; I didn't have any problems here. That's all. Thank you.

Dec 2023 update: Registration forms are digital now. You'll need to scan the QR code posted at the entrance (see photo) to get to the online form. Nice clean place. Took ages to be seen though, which isn't great, and this was first thing in the morning. Went at 8, left around 12. Very long wait time, so take a book or something with you. The bathroom was clean. There's a water fountain near the x-ray room. They offer blood test, x-ray, and several other services. All in all, ok place for tests, but don't expect to get done fast.
