Very clean and organized
i told them that i'll be needing my medical certificate by 7:30 they have no action!!!! I immediately paid for my medical certificate and it's been 5 hours since I checked up and there's still no action!!!!
No star, they need to fired all those staff at the reception area. They have attitude and lazy workers. I am calling their reception number for several times, then someone answer my call then hang up. And now they left the phone hang so i can't call them.
