Be wary of this place. Better get a second opinion!!. Visited this clinic after a lower molar with an amalgam filling broke during my vacation. Nick the Dentist at Astudilo Dangoy is seldom there and has 2 clinic on Airport road. The staff at the first clinic sent me to the second further down Airport Road as there was a dentist present. However there is no X-ray machine there so was transferred back to the first again for my x-ray..... On inspection of the X-ray I was told by Nick (who must live nearby as he came in 10 minutes) that there was a cavity under the amalgam filling hence tooth couldn't be saved without root canal treatment. Alternatively a titanium implant could be installed directly after the extraction. Not able to see the cavity myself, I opted for a second opinion. My second opinion dentist was near mall of Asia. He easily removed the old amalgam filling and rebuilt the tooth with white composite. There was no cavity just as I suspected. total cost for both clinical visits 4000PHP. 1 X-ray, (Astudillo-Dangoy Dental Clinic 400PHP) (Work completed at alternative clinic near MOA 3600PHP) removal of old filling rebuilding of broken molar. 1 additional cavity treatment A fraction of the cost of letting Dr Nick loose in your mouth!!
