The attending doctor at that time was Dr. Arianne, and I must say she was the first veterinarian we’ve encountered who felt genuinely invested in our dog’s well-being. She displayed both deep medical knowledge and a natural ability to calm our dog, which instantly put us at ease. We ended up confining him for five full days, and during that time, we were consistently impressed. Every member of the team, doctors, nurses, and staff, showed remarkable care. Naturally, as pet parents, our minds were anxious and full of worry, but the staff went above and beyond to reassure us. They provided regular updates with detailed notes, photos, and even videos, which gave us peace of mind and confidence that our dog was in the best hands. What stood out most was their attentiveness and initiative. They didn’t wait for us to make requests they anticipated our dog’s needs, whether it was providing an extra fan to keep him cool, applying cold compresses, or simply ensuring he was comfortable and walked when needed. They treated him as if he were their own. By the time of discharge, we were truly grateful to have found this clinic. We greatly appreciated their transparency, as they always made sure to explain costs in advance and were mindful of each client’s financial capacity without compromising the quality of care. Plus, on the day of our pet’s follow-up, where the treatment plan had successfully led to his full recovery, it happened to be their clinic’s anniversary celebration. It honestly felt like we were part of a community that truly has heart in what they do. They even surprised us with freebies and gifts, which was such a thoughtful gesture and further showed that they value not only their patients but also their clients.
