Associated Doctors Clinic Corporation

(NOTE: my next schedule may or may not be pleasant as a result of what I have written here 😟) The idea that it's a 'specialist' clinic made me decide to try their services. We'll, it's a DISAPPOINTMENT. Receptionist is not pleasant. No greeting of clients/patients. Naka simangot all throughout from the time I got it at 9am, patiently waiting for my turn, until I left at lunch time. Eto pa, she answers patient's queries sarcastically, e,g., syempre ho, nakasulat naman (sa form), doon po ang hintayan wag dito, among others. Her associates act the same. They will point at the direction instead of speaking to you. A patient shared to me - After 30 minutes of waiting to be endorsed, she followed up and was told, "hndi pa po nakaka tawag sa HMO nyo." She hen replied, "ang dami dami ninyo jan, walang tumawag?" Ladies at the reception/front line - please do something positive about how you receive and interact with the patients. Ang hirap na nga tumawag sa clinic, unwelcomed pa kami kapag nagpunta. Doctors to whom I was assigned paid for the unprofessional treatment and acts I have experienced and witnessed. Doctors were jolly, 'natural kausap', and patient of my questions (knowing me 😆). Suggestion: ask your doctor's for their other clinics or hospitals. Then go there instead.

Receptionists are rude, feels like the doctor is in a rush to provide diagnosis. Good thing I just used my health card for getting a consultation. Technically if I did not use my health card, I ended up paying for someone to just check my blood pressure, my weight and my height. Definitely a 1 star for me.

They won't accept you if you "had" fever. Regardless if you're feverless for more than a day or two. Worse if you have fever on your time of visit. Yung walang sakit lang yata pwede magconsult sa kanila.
