Their staff and especially the doctors❤️ are very accommodating, they have a process, and they are very organized. I advise going to the doctor before getting glasses. The ones in the mall don’t do check ups. Get check up then choose glasses in the mall as you prefer. Wazeable: Yes. Even Google maps. Its accurate. Parking : you can park anywhere in the street. Clinic is clean, there’s CR, waiting area inside clinic is spaciois, there’s a lot of chairs, aircon. In case you need a snack, there’s mini store at the basement or Go to nearest mall - Pavilion Mall. If you need to commute, there’s tricycle stations in Pavilion. Disclaimer: The steps Below may vary or may be subject to change. (This is based on my own experience) For schedule, better call or visit them at the 5th floor For HMO approval - go to 6th floor If you can’t get a walk in schedule, you can leave your hmo details for advance approval then get it on your exact schedule. (Ask how many days is the validity of advance approval if you can’t come back within 3days from your hmo approval) 1️⃣During your schedule, sign a form from the 5th floor Guard. 2️⃣Wait for your name to be called. Staff Will ask for your information and details why you need to consult a doctor. (Well check up, follow up, eye issue/s, etc.) 3️⃣Wait for your name to be called for initial check up (Doctor will check your eye grade, pressure, ask you to read, etc) Wait for your name to be called, for actual Doctor check up. 4️⃣ Actual Doctor’s check up depends on the specialty of the doctor. Dr.Elmer Tan is a cataract specialist. For initial check ups, I think any doctor can check you up and they Will refer you to other specialist as needed but all of the Doctors can do well check up. 5️⃣Once done, they’ll ask you to wait and prescription counter Will call you and give you the prescription form, schedule you for another follow up, etc. They’ll give you a pass you have to give to the Guard. 6️⃣You can ask for your eye grade check to be printed at the glasses station near waiting area. (Optional)

All the medical staffs are very reliable and friendly. The procedure improves her vision and post operations are truly supporting. Great job to Dr. Jb Tan and the team! 🎉🙂
