Asian Eye Institute Trinoma

This clinic has been my go-to place for eye check ups. The place was tidy and neat every time I had an appointment with them. It is always best to schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait long. Nurses, doctors, receptionists and all the staff including the security are very accommodating. They also have specs and frames to choose from if you plan to get your prescription glasses from them.

Good place, expect high volume of patient. Appointment is a must for those who does not want to waste their time. Walk ins are also welcome but first come first serve basis.

Doctors were great but I find their front / receiving staff slow & inefficient. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment (as advised from their text sent the day before my appointment) but wasn"t accomodated until 30 or more minutes later. When I arrived, all 3 front staff were busy & loud. I was only asked to register but wasn't informed immediately that I had to fill out a form & give my HMO card. Had I not noticed from incoming patients and asked, they wouldn"t have given me the form & processed my HMO card. I'm sorry for the term, pero parang palengke. Mas maingay pa sila kesa sa mga patients. I had to ask again for the printed copy of my checkup result, when I expected that it would have been printed or ready already after my consult. What could"ve been a quick general eye checkup took 3.5 hours. Marami naman silang staff pero parang wala pa din systema. Maybe I expected too much based on my experienced with other eye clinics, but I hope staff can do better in receiving patients, be more attentive, professional, and have a more efficient system for everyone to save time. This rating is for their staff. Doctors and equipments are great. I appreciate how the doctors were accomodating and great in explaining things.
