The staff is approachable and also affordable

They understand what i need, the staff is communicating well, answering my question’s informatively, and the quality of the product is amazing. They let me decide which frame i would pick, not too pushy. And the doctor is nice to me too, everything is lovely here. 100% will return again, maybe for a softlense.

Their staff handling the appointments seemed very unorganized and a little incompetent. I lost a bit of confidence in trusting this clinic and decided to cancel and go somewhere else. Update: i submitted an appointment request online for the power plant location. I got an email confirmation right away. Soon after someone emailed me if i was willing to change locations to other Rockwell branch. I told them no i would like to keep my power plant appointment because i live nearby. The agent proceeded to tell me ok if i want to keep you will need to contact the power plant location directly. Which confuses me as my email confirmation clearly says powerplant and this person reached out to me and telling me to change the appointment. After a bit of frustrating back and forth i just cancelled appointment altogether
