A few of their frontdesk officers are not so accommodating and used condescending tone when we asked if there's a separate lane for PWDs since our patient has one. Likewise, a few assistants for the initial checking prior seeing the doctor easily gets annoyed for some reason. On a brighter side, the doctor handled our patient well and thoroughly explained the condition.
