Facility: 5/5 - Facility is equipped for most patient needs, ambiance is great, reminiscent of a top hotel than a clinic Service Experience: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating and makes you feel welcome Check-up Proper: 5/5 - The doctor was pleasant and very accommodating. It also came across that the doctor knew what he was doing and was able to explain it to us clearly. Instructions were clear therefor easy to follow.

A few of their frontdesk officers are not so accommodating and used condescending tone when we asked if there's a separate lane for PWDs since our patient has one. Likewise, a few assistants for the initial checking prior seeing the doctor easily gets annoyed for some reason. On a brighter side, the doctor handled our patient well and thoroughly explained the condition.
