Your reception is awful. I reached out to you last week but you couldn't accommodate me because I have an HMO. Your receptionist rejected me several times even though the HMO itself said that I was covered by your clinic. When I said that I contacted the HMO itself, they only attempted to accommodate me. You keep making excuses that your cellphone suddenly broke, you are making fools of your patients. I hope you can change your receptionist because the location of your clinic would be nice.
