She's very polite and answer all my queries. She even update me on some of their ongoing events 😊 Good Job ARDI team 👍

Ardi Clinic is our family's go-to healthcare provider. It is close to our home, and the doctors, staff, and services are excellent. Earlier today, I called to use their services, and the telephone representative was very friendly and helpful. Rochelle offered several convenient options, and I am satisfied with her service. Good job! 💯

This was extremely frustrating. I booked an appointment with Dr. Sumo early in the morning at 9:00 a.m., and I was told that he would arrive at 3:00 p.m. So I went to the clinic at 3:00 p.m., but the receptionist then informed me that the doctor would arrive before 5:00 p.m. This was such a hassle because I had to go back to the clinic twice, and I even used my lunch break just to get my rashes checked. After waiting for hours, the doctor finally arrived at exactly 5:13 p.m. I was his first patient, and in less than a minute, he told me that my condition should be handled by a dermatologist. I waited for hours and used my break for a one-minute consultation, only to be referred elsewhere. This experience felt very unprofessional, as the doctor did not respect the time of his patients. My issue is that I have many tiny, painful lumps all over my underarm.
