Place - The clinic is well lit with proper airconditioning. Rooms are made to accommodate each patient. Drinking water is available. A comfy receiving area. Restrooms are clean and maintained. Bidet. Yes. Facility - Weights and machines are available along with a treadmill and stationary bike for use. They have an open area with mirrors to perform exercises. Hopefully they will add more. PT - Young and knowledgeable team. They are very pleasant and attentive to your concerns. Their program helped me improve from injury. I recommend APEX because they get the job done and I trust the team with my recovery in their facility.

Very friendly therapy clinic.Availed their promo for 6k for 6 sessions to cure my frozen shoulder. Happy to discover them early and their big area is not yet too crowded compared to other clinics. A few months back, I dislocated my right shoulder for the first time and was referred for PT. Dreading the crowded hospital rehab gyms, I found APEX through a friend. Despite my extensive prescription, I was surprised to find that APEX had most of the machines needed for my rehab despite it being a relatively new clinic. APEX had a wide space, and during the afternoons, I would sometimes be the only patient there. I appreciated that my sessions always started on time (with text reminders to guarantee that I would never forget them) and I maximized my recovery with the help of very reliable physiotherapists. Shout out to JR who was very patient with me and made sure that I experienced as little pain as possible. I also availed of their dry needling services which helped ease the upper back pain I've had for months. Would definitely recommend APEX.
