Our experience in the facility is good, the nurses and the laboratory staff are accommodating and patient. It could have been a better experience if the janitress on duty is respectable and not rude. She was heard calling one of the patient's companion "tatanga tanga kasi". When she was reprimanded by another client she then said that she was not refering to the patient's companion but the front desk nurses, which makes it even worse. Not knowing that the client she was speaking to was also a nurse by profession.

Went for a cardio consultation with Dr. Manlutoc, his schedule is 2pm to 4pm. He got into the clinic 4:30pm. Since we came earlier than his clinic hours, we waited for 3 hours before he arrived. He asked us to take an ECG test, and so we did.. Its been 2 weeks since we took the ECG test at this clinic and its still not available to pick up. The staff said it needed Dr. Manlutoc's approval somehow. Avoid this place like the plague. Don't waste your time.
