Hello! I'd just like to say many thanks for saving our pet bird last Dec 10. He is doing fine now and on its way to recovery. Ps. his whole left leg needed amputation because of a terrible accident that tore his whole leg and feet bone off. I understand that this will be a contrast compared to other reviews but this is just our own experience.

Hindi ito 1-star review, 0-star ito. We brought our pet in after calling them at around 4:30am for an emergency check. Got to the vet at around 5am and had to wait for an hour before the vet arrived. When he arrived and after checking on our pet, it was difficult to talk to him and ask him questions since he kept talking over me and talking to his staff instead. He just started injecting meds to our dog without even explaining first what will be given and how much it will cost. After that he recommended doing a CBC and then immediately told his staff to collect a blood sample already without even telling me the cost and what they were trying to rule out. I had to stop him TWICE to just ask how much the total bill was already before we even consider the cost of the CBC. When he was calculating the results, one of his staff just started shaving our dog’s paw already for blood collection, WITHOUT US EVEN GIVING THE GO SIGNAL YET TO PERFORM THE CBC. In the end we allowed to proceed with the CBC and he told us he would have the results to share with us through Viber already within the same day after lunch. There was no message sent to us nor update by then, we had to call him at night time pa. The vet then said that he will have his companion Ana send us the results. They sent a LOW QUALITY HARD TO READ SCREENSHOT OF THE RESULTS the next day at 2pm. There were some red highlights for high counts in the results, and no explanation or interpretation was given. Imagine, being worried about our pet’s health and whether or not we had to prepare our dog for another check-up/ additional meds. Tapos they will give us a low quality picture of the PDF reader on their phone, without any context as to why may mga red na high or low highlights sa results ng CBC. We had follow up for an explanation of the results and a clear PDF file of the CBC results for three days, and until now they have not provided the PDF of the CBC results we paid for and no explanation of the results. Tapos ngayon may mga additional symptoms ulit with our dog and we are not even sure if it is related kasi they DO NOT CARE. The very least they could do is send a the PDF file that we can actually have read somewhere else, and tell us if they CANNOT commit to an explanation of results para hindi kami hintay ng hintay sa wala while there may already be something wrong with our dog. They are unresponsive or extremely slow, the vet does not explain anything properly unless you probe them about it multiple times, and they just immediately inject meds to our dog or perform CBC tests without a care for our final confirmation. Paano kung ginawa niyo lahat yun tapos di pala kami makakabayad. We paid for a CBC, we get a low quality screenshot for the results with no explanation. We pay for the emergency fee, they take more than an hour to arrive despite the staff saying na malapit lang sila. We wanted to know what happened with our dog we can’t get a proper explanation or even a proper read of the lab results. When we didn’t know yet how much the total bill was, gawa lang ng gawa ng procedures without consulting us sa budget as if pera lang hanap. This is the worst vet experience ever and the issue is still ongoing. Mag sara nalang kayo since mukha namang pera lang hanap niyo and wala kayong pakialam sa mga pets ng tao.

Well, I admit that my cat was in critical condition when we arrived here at 6 AM, so we paid an emergency fee. The doctor was late; we waited around 20 minutes while my cat was struggling to breathe and turning pale. Can you even call that an emergency if the doctor is late? They had NO SENSE OF URGENCY. They didn’t even provide oxygen before the doctor arrived, and they didn’t properly check the cat. The doctor can't even touch the cat properly hahahaha. They couldn’t even explain anything properly. The contract for confinement? He just handed it to us without saying a word — good thing we read it first. All we asked was for them to give first aid first, and yet the doctor immediately claimed it was parvo without running any tests. When we asked about the symptoms of parvo, he just pointed at my cat and said, “Ganyan.” What the hell was that? MY CAT DIED! GUYS PLS LISTEN TO ME, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEN DON'T COME TO THIS VET. SO DISAPPOINTING
