I went to this clinic for my kitten’s last vaccine shot. I arrived early, around 10:35 AM, and the staff told me the doctor would arrive soon, around 11 AM. I waited patiently for almost an hour, only to be told I’d have to wait another hour because the doctor still hadn’t arrived. The receptionist only called the doctor after I followed up, there was no initiative from any of the clinic’s staff. I’m a very busy person, but I make time for my pet. Unfortunately, that time was wasted due to your clinic’s disorganized system. Don’t run a “vet clinic” if there’s no vet present. You’re an inconvenience to your customers.
