I've been looking for a great vet closer to me since I need to take KangJi for an immediate general check-up. Overall, as a first-timer, I would rate them 5/5 for their careful and professional handling of my cat, KangJi. Kudos to Animal Touch Vet Clinic for their excellent service! Here are the reasons why. Operating hours: 5/5. We arrived around 8:30 AM even though their business hours start at 9:00 AM, but they kindly let us in since it was quite hot outside. Consultation/Medical service: 5/5. The doctor was very attentive, and I could tell she genuinely cared not only about my cat's health but also about my understanding of the situation and the results. She clearly explained the bills and procedures.I am so amazed by how the vet doctors and staff accommodated KangJi's needs and lab tests. Medical equipment: 5/5. They have the capability to examine the overall health condition using blood chemistry, with results available in just 15 minutes. Emergency Care: 5/5. The team was extremely attentive and took all the necessary steps to save my cat.
