My dog was referred here by my previous vet since they don't offer overnight confinement. He had a liver injury and was drooling and shaking when we arrived. However, the staff, especially Kuya Danny, and Dr. Esther, were very gentle with him. He was confined for several days, but we were able to visit him daily until he was discharged. The clinic provided updates throughout his confinement and followed up after his discharge. Overall, I had a reassuring experience with my dog's treatment. Thank you to the staff and management. So professional, so accommodating, first time for my teacup to give birth ao i rushed her here and they were all attentive and knows whats needed to be done. They know the perfect timing what the dog needs even there’s a lot of patient. Price is reasonable compare to other vet clinics who charges so much more than humans. This is a good vet clinic ! Highly recommended…

I am so disappointed with their service. The staffs & vets are not accommodating. They only care for your money not to you & your fur friends. I was advised by the vet to confine my pet hoping that my poodle will get better but after 3 days she died. She was still very strong when I left her. I visited my pet on her ist day, she was brought on the second floor. The place was dirty & odorous. And it is where they treat all kinds of pets. It was that time I saw they are operating a dog crying in pain while other dogs are watching & my furbaby was trembling. I will never come again to this place.
