we had to call a vet for our chihuahua who was already in critical condition, and with alphavets' care, he was able to make miraculous progress in his health within three days. they gave us a detailed schedule and guide for his medications and whatever maintenance he needs. they were also very friendly and transparent with us, gave regular updates on his condition, and assured us we can always contact again if needed. they even sent a check-in message after we brought him home. highly recommend.

I got my cat neutered last May 4, 2024. Dr. Lester showed genuine care during the neutering and thoroughly explained the post-operative care. His expertise and kindness put me at ease. Also, the clinic has a friendly and welcoming staff.

Dr. Lester was very thorough in explaining the diagnosis and treatment options for my cat. At the time, my cat had been suffering from feline panleukopenia, a deadly disease for cats. We were almost hopeless. But Dr. Lester took the time to answer all of my questions and provided detailed instructions for aftercare. I believe this helped my cat survive the disease. Their aftercare is just as impressive. It has been over a year since my cat's treatment was completed, and they still gave me follow-ups via text messaging and facebook messenger on his scheduled vaccinations. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the animals they treat. I also have my cats groomed at the clinic. Their pricing is fair from medical treatments to vaccines, and even their pet care such as grooming, and vitamins. Overall, I highly recommend Alphavets to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care. I 100% trust them for all my cats' needs!
