⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My partner was admitted on Monday and discharged today (Wednesday) for a minor back surgery (epidermoid cyst). We were under the care of Dr. Lim, and we are truly grateful for his professionalism and expertise. We were especially amazed by the warmth and dedication of the 3rd floor nurses, particularly Ms. Che and Ms. Rachel. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much lighter for us. Even the housekeeping staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which really speaks to the positive culture of the hospital. The security officers at the entrance also deserve recognition for being very accommodating and kind. Special thanks as well to the staff who never failed to deliver my partner’s meals on time. He also gave us clear instructions whenever we needed to warm our food or get hot water. Thank you so much, sir, for your help and thoughtfulness. Our hospital room was clean and well-maintained, with regular housekeeping schedules. Overall, the experience was excellent. Truly 5 stars to all the wonderful staff who made our stay comfortable. What could be improved: The shower water seems to have centralized heating. Having individual temperature control in each room would be a great upgrade. While the Billing, HMO, Cashier, and Admin staff are all friendly, it would be helpful if they had shifting schedules (like the nurses) so someone can cover during lunch breaks (12nn–1pm). This would prevent patients and relatives from having to wait an hour just to settle payments. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Alabang Medical Center. I just got home from being admitted for 2 days and having a surgery, I will be honest I was a bit skeptical when I arrived at the hospital it's my first time to get hospitalized and aminin na natin di ito level ng mga famous hospital here in Manila isama na natin na I saw a lot of bad reviews online, but what the heck I needed to get the treatment asap. So yun na nga po I did the initial process all the paperworks and other test needed pre surgery everything went smoothly while i was about to do my ECG the nurse at the ER immediately tend to my would the minute she saw that the it needed proper dressing and she was very kind and courteous, after all the tests Nurse Cherry arrived to take me to my room which looks pretty sleek by the way. All in all everything went smoothly everyone was very professional and accommodating most importantly I felt the warmth and care from everyone May Pusong Serbisyo baga, I felt safe. Sorry I'm not very good with words but I would like to extend my gratitude and thanks for taking care of me From Dr. Lim l, all the Nurses, Ma'am Che and Rach and sa iba pa sorry didn't got your names, si kuyang nag hahatid ng masasarap meals na laging naka smile, the cleaning ladies na super magalang and all the staff. Maraming salamat po at Mabuhay po kayo. Only suggestion po is sana mas maligamgam yung water and Bidet mahirap mo kasi pag bagong surgery or may masakit gumamit ng tabo hehe. :)

Had my surgery last August 29,2025 with Doc Ocampo along with Doc Leah and other staff na naghelp during the operation. Thank you for being accommodating at mababait na Nurses. It was very smooth transaction starting from the front desk since I am using my HMO 'til the operation was done. Keep up the good work!❣️
