Our dog went in like this. Two days later he died in their care. They claimed fleas or ticks were too blame, yet our dog had none of either. They charged us 14k on admittance. We went to pick up our dead Luca and they charged us 7k more. Our dog had no solid poop when we took him into there. He wouldn't eat either. We know there was a problem but nothing of what they claimed. No fleas, no tics. When we went to get him, after he died, we went to the cage where his dead body was and we could smell feces. Under his cage was poop that could not have been his. It was solid. Not his. I was disgusted. This is how they cared for our pet. The conditions are not suitable for care of loved ones.

Very unprofessional veterinarian. My dog had a cough. We went to this clinic since it is nearby. First visit i was already suspicious about it for 2 reasons: 1. The prescription pad was not right. (Prescription pad should contain doctors name, doctors clinic address and number) 2. The prescription pad has no Veterinarian prc license number, which is a big no when prescribing medications. The second visit for the follow up check up my suspicion, got worse. We were checked by a machine technician only. I knew something was wrong because the prescription pad was stamped by a Chinese veterinarian name, but we talked to a Filipino looking man. So i dig deeper. Only to found out that there is no attending veterinarian in that clinic. It means that my dog was not physically checked. They performed several test (x-ray and cbc), but my dog was not physically checked. The technician was just sending pictures of the test result thru messenger to the veterinarian. Where's the Vet you may ask? God knows where. How disappointing. Anyhow, I already filed a blotter to the police. Since every pet deserves to be checked physically and internally. We, as fur parents, we paid for the right services. So, if you want to have a consultation with your pet, go somewhere else, NOT HERE
