Had my blood chem analyzed here. Friendly and really fast service. Also enjoyed eating healthy food served in their canteen. The staff of the LIFESTYLE is Medicine (LIM) Program are also really accommodating and friendly, especially Faith.

The hospital is good and all, but when it comes to financial matters, they seem to turn a blind eye. We were told that our out-of-pocket payment would be refunded once we submitted our Guarantee Letter; however, after submission, they now change their stance and say they must receive the payment from the GL first (from the Office of the President) before they can refund. Aren't GLS supposed to be considered payments, and shouldn't the arrangement be directly between the GL issuing entity and the hospital?

This has been the most disappointing hospital experience I've ever had. The overall quality of service-from the nurses and doctors to the billing department—was extremely poor. The nurse who drew my blood samples even had visibly unclean fingernails, which raised serious hygiene concerns. I had to constantly follow up just to get any progress, and I was discharged without my main concern being properly addressed. I will never return to this hospital and would not recommend it to anyone.
