haters gonna hate. he is a doctor of physical therapy. do you think the head of WHO is a medical doctor as well? your college dean don't have a doctorate degree? shame on your university then.

I am a 69 yr old female with knee pain. I found this site thru the internet and called to confirm location and clinic hours. Today 27 Dec 2022 I dropped by saying I am a new walk in patient. I filled up their form and took a seat. There were 2 other patients ahead of me. After about 20 mins I asked the desk how long their treatments would take and said I will wait in my car parked infront and come in when a patient comes out. When I did come in, 3 other patients followed. Subsequently they were being called in to be attended to. This is when I asked when my turn is as my paper was next in line. I respect queues and appointments. I clearly said I was a walk in patient and I should have been informed then that I could only be attended to after all scheduled patients; which I was not told. I am willing to wait if they only told me earlier how long this wait will take. I could have asked them to list me up, gone home and come back at their convenient time. Since this conversation never happened nor any time given to me, then I am now thinking that they were second guessing their appointments and by chance squeeze me in if they did not show up. I took my filled up form back and with extreme disappointment, I left. I am writing this review to guide your future patients and suggest improvements in your process.

They have modern equiptments but so expensive compared to others. They have friendly therapists but they have the worst online admin or maybe owner. As a PAYING customer (and not their model) I asked them to put down the videos of me posted with my face being shown during the theraphy WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They took it off alright WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY from them, but I was replied to never come to any of their branches again and also blocked me after replying. Very unprofessional, sad to say. That's not how you treat a paying client.
