My grandma had a wonderful experience with the ear/hearing doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his work, taking the time to explain the concern and the proposed solution in a way that was easy to understand. Not only was he professional, but he was also friendly and made my grandma feel comfortable throughout the entire consultation. Leon Ibasco did not give up on finding solutions to make my hearing aids work properly despite numerous issues that arose with the device. My device used to work well after my consultation inside the clinic but once outside, it would not work as expected. Leon patiently did adjustments until I was able to feel comfortable using the device inside and outside the clinic. He goes above and beyond expectations to make sure his clients feel that they are listened and attended to and addresses concerns by looking into all possible solutions and never giving up. His service is truly exceptional! He is an asset to the clinic.
