Ace Veterinary Clinic - Batasan

I like it since it's much near from home but it's expensive, being a local clinic that is just around the street with minimal parking area, as with Pet Express which is commonly found in malls. Service is good and the staff are able to accomodate your questions and advice for pet care.

I brought my cat here since he is panting; they do not have enough oxygen to confine him overnight. They referred us to the next hospital for confinement, however, my cat died on the way to the hospital. Morover, the technicians/vets would not explain to me first what were they doing to my cat, they just basically did this and that to my cat, and to my surprise, I got a very high bill. They should have explained to me first what were they doing to my cat -- that's basic etiquette and decency. I would not be complaining if only my cat survived, but no, he did not. They should have stocked up on oxygen tanks and should have expected cases like these to avoid moving from one clinic to clinic. Further, the technicians and vets were "nagmamadali" to go home -- I understand that I went a little late but what's a litte consideration para sa dying cat. I am very anxious as to the condition of my cat but they still managed to blame me saying "dapat dinala mo ng mas maaga," -- "Sir/Doc, I would, if I am not working. Your clinic, at the same time, should have enough resources to cater/help your clients." Would not be going back again.

I had a very bad and sad experience in this shop. My dog was diagnosed with kidney disease and as they have to wait for a specialist, they proposed that I leave my dog to their care while they wait for their specialist (at a daily care rate). Sadly, they called later that my dog died! (I was shocked and devastated). When I took back my dog, she was smelly and visibly poorly cared for. I have not returned to this vet ever since (I have 9 dogs). Go elsewhere if you love your dog.
