“We have been going to them for all my fur babies vet needs, the staff and doctors are all nice and friendly. They helped us a lot during times that my dogs are not in good condition. Our vet here is awesome, he was able to ensure that my pets get all the treatment and nutrients they need to ensure their fast recovery. The staff are very gentle to them as well, most of the time you see them dealing with temperamental pets but they handle it calmly and they get the job done. We appreciate your efforts all these years, thank you!”
“My cat is strictly an indoor cat and only stays in my room. A few weeks ago, I brought him to a clinic for grooming and had him get a summer cut. Later, I noticed a bump on his side, between his belly and spine. At first, I thought he had been cut during grooming, but it turned out to be a fungal infection. I brought him back to the same clinic, and the vet prescribed an ointment to apply twice a day. I specifically asked multiple times if it was safe in case my cat licked the ointment, and the vet assured me it was fine. Thankfully, I decided to double-check online, and I found out that the ointment is actually toxic to cats if ingested! Also, I noticed that most of the pets in that clinic seemed to have similar skin issues, so it’s likely my cat caught the infection there. They probably don’t even clean their grooming tools properly! Please don’t take your pets to Ace Vet. The service is terrible, you’ll only get stressed, and you’ll end up spending more money fixing their mistakes.”

We brought our pet here as he was lethargic. He was clean when we brought him and didn't have colds. He got confined for a few days and caught colds after 2 days because other pets with viral infection weren't isolated in different area. When we visited our pet, he was covered in feces and his nose had nasal discharge and they didn't even bother to clean him up. We had to go back and get some towels and pet wipes to clean him and decided to discharge him. We also informed the vet that our pet's abdomen was bloated and asked if we could stop his IV fluids but they didn't even bother to check him again (we were willing to go back just to have him checked). Few hours later, my pet died after vomiting blood! We knew he had a slim chance of survival but the viral infection of other pets there added to my pet's stress and could have caused his death.
