Entrusted my cat to them who had a miscarriage. ultrasound was made and had to repeat it after few days of confinement. said they were unable to determine what was the lump in her uterus or whats causing the infection then she died. I can accept her fate but cannot accept that my request for medical papers/docs was never granted after I paid them in full. Took every single penny I have even from my coin bank in hopes that I can tell myself that I did everything I can to save her and those papers were my proofs/comfort that, yes I did everything! I kindly repeated my requests over and over to send me the docs even through email, was promised that they will. I can understand if they dont but lies after lies were unfair. It has been more than 2 months now and still I got nothing. Guess they never will. It was an awful experience!

Their stitching for my puppy’s decapitated leg is so bad, it began to loose and his wound opened up and he died
