Had a pleasant tooth extraction here yesterday. Dentist was gentle, accomodating, and very friendly to boot. My tooth was removed with minimal pain it felt like nothing. The service is affordable, looking forward to getting my dentures made from this place. 10/10 would recommend

Very friendly and accommodating. They are responsive and takes initiative in processing LOA and HMO requirements. They operate in full PPE too in ensuring safety & cleanliness.

I was initially a bit hesitant about coming here after reading some negative reviews, but I decided to give it a shot since this clinic had a better rating than others that accept Maxicare. When I arrived, the assistant informed me that the dentist was out for a bit, which wasn’t a problem since I had no other plans for the day. However, things took a turn when the assistant mentioned a PPA fee, which was supposed to cover things like hair and shoes. I thought it would be a small amount, maybe ₱10, but she said it was ₱300. I didn’t mind paying, but when I saw the used and torn items, I was a bit shocked. For ₱300, it definitely didn’t feel worth it. The dentist eventually returned, and I had a cleaning and filling done. I was pleased to find that the dentist had a much lighter touch compared to my previous one, which made the experience a lot more comfortable. I also asked to have another tooth filled, but since it wasn’t covered by insurance, I ended up paying out of pocket. One concern I have is that I’ve had fillings come out twice now within just a couple of days, so I’m still unsure if this will hold up. Overall, the visit wasn’t terrible, but I do feel like the PPA fee was overpriced for what I received. The dentist seemed nice, so I’m hopeful the work will last, but I can’t fully recommend it until I see longer-term results.
