I was very happy with everything. Came there to see the ENT doctor. Almost no waiting time, very friendly staff, quick blood results and good explanation of the issue!

I am not happy with the service from my recent experience with A2GV. I went there 10/14/2021 for ECG and 2da Echo and was advised that the result would take 3 to 5 working days. So after 3 to 5 business days they asked if I wanted to get the result through email and I said yes so that it wouldn't be a hassle to go there to get the result, so they emailed the 2da echo and the ECG wasn't there, suddenly they messaged me that I needed to come back because they were going to repeat the ECG because the doctor needed to confirm something but he didn't say what to confirm. So that update happened the same day I followed up with the cardiologist which was already on the schedule. When I arrived at the clinic I asked for a hard copy of the 2da echo and they printed it 3 times because the one they gave was wrong, it's good that I double checked otherwise I will go back again and also the medical record is being discussed here and the issue is heart disease its really not an excuse to make a mistake because lives depend on it. I remember what my professor said in college since the course I took was paramedical, she said there's no room for mistake because lives depend on it. I really hope your management checks this so it doesn't happen again in the future.
