This place is a terrible place to go. You have to pay 2k just to have a appointment. 1st. impression: the place smelled like cat piss and ammonia. Obviously very poorly hygiene to the faculty. 2nd. The receptionist was obviously limited in knowledge of what the costs are. 3rd. Seems like prices are made up as you go. Like going to a bad mechanics shop with terrible service and people with limited brain service. You've been warned ⚠️

Worst experience ever! My sister’s toy poodle had a spay surgery at this clinic last year. Just a few days after the operation, the stitches were not healing properly. They started opening. They brought the dog back to 24/7 so they could fix it, and they operated on her again, but the same problem happened just a few days later. Eventually, she had to be taken to another vet to redo the stitches, and only then did they finally heal properly. A few months later, their poodle still went in heat, which should not happen after being spayed. They did not return to 24/7 anymore because it was scary to trust them again. Instead, they went back to the vet who had redone the stitches, and that vet said another surgery was needed, but nothing showed up on the ultrasound at that time. It seemed that 24/7 eventually learned about what happened. They asked my sister about it, and she explained everything, but after that they never responded, almost as if they were avoiding responsibility. Fast forward to now: my brother-in-law consulted a bigger vet clinic. Thankfully, this time the ultrasound finally revealed the remaining part that 24/7 had failed to remove, which was the reason why the poodle kept going in heat. Sadly, the surgery was extremely risky at this point, almost 50/50, because it was already her third unnecessary operation. This should never have happened if the first surgery had been done properly at 24/7. Extremely stressful, traumatic, and unnecessary. Think twice before bringing your pets here.

Really bad experience here, my toy poodle underwent spaying last 2024 and they did not tell me something went wrong in the procedure. Apparently her left ovary and left uterine hook was not removed during the procedure, and we only found out because she had an estrus cycle a few months after the procedure. Basically she would not be in heat since the spay surgery should have removed all of her organs thats producing the hormones for it (in heat state). This was confirmed recently when she underwent a different surgery, and they saw the remaining ovaries and uterine hook.
