I really appreciated how they treated my rabbit with urgency. The veterinarian was informative about rabbit care. The staff was comforting. Would definitely come back with my other pets! Thank you for trying to save my rabbit 🥹🙏🏼

Thank you because they have an Emergency Clinic and we brought our cat here for an emergency case on a Sunday morning (approx. 6am). We asked the vet at that time how much per day of confinement was and he said the 1k he charged was good for 3 days because he understood that we had a fairly large bill. Too good to be true but of course we were happy because we thought it was a help. But when our cat was discharged, the fees were so high then I asked who was the vet on duty at that time when we spoke, the staff couldn't tell me. It seemed like they didn't have a schedule 😅 I strongly advise their next clients to get a quote right away. Other reviews here are correct that they are not upfront with the fees.

My cat had a blocked urinary issue so we decided to bring him here for an emergency. So bringing your pet here on vet closing hours will charge you an emrgency fee and professional fee of php 2.5k. Its ok we understand. I noticed that the staff were not honest or upfront on the exact pricing services. I have to sign the catherization waiver and anesthesia waiver without them telling me the upfront costing. Just known it after the service had been made. Php 3.5k for catherization Php 1.5k for anesthesia Php 300 urinalysis - the test result print was not given to us. On first night they told us the confinement will cost us PHp 1k for a night and 800 pesos for medications miscellaenous and supplements. So we made fully paid Php 9,650 before we lleft this vet hospital to come back the next day. We decided to extend another day for my cat to recuperate. So they told us we will just pay Php 1800 all in for another stay. - [ ] So we execute it and the next day come i was to pick up my cat and they say they want to charge us php 3.6k because they say they fed the cat plus there is a take home med. So my wife was stun for the feeding charges and called them why are they double charging. - [ ] Because of loss of trust we decided to no longer avail blood test, buy the take out meds and challenged their extra cost on the stay. I told them ill just pay the extended day of php 1.8k since i already have these meds for this kind of sickness for a cat. - [ ] In short i do not recommend this vet clinic for fur parents without the capability to pay the high cost of services. Their operating cost is too high so it will be shouldered by you. - [ ] Overall charges for a two night stay was PHP 11,450 for a Cat with blocked Uti. Take out Meds and laboratory test not include here because we felt that they are milking a cow on us. Loss of trust and confidence. Hidden surprises charges not fully transparently explained upfront. - [ ] I will not grade them one star but two star for the sake of their vet doctor who had took care of my pet. - [ ] If u can afford their high cost service charges then its up to you.
